Seems it is exactly what midlevels is explaining. I have refused to give them my cc. Told them this would be a change in their terms & conditions, and I was not made aware of it.

Flights are only in December, so no emergency. Told them to speak to LAN first and come back to me after. It seems it's one new bug in the new IT system.

Told them that the fees and miles were in CX name, ticket issued by MPO...therefore contract with them, it's their responsability to deal with it.

And I cannot take it how they try to explain to me they may be able to make an exception. I cannot blame the person on the line, but she refused to hand me the supervisor...I guess they are just trying to take the shortest route for them...irrelevant of the quality of service.

Tell you, MPC is going down with their new system, and what I find outrageous is that everybody, from customers and staffs are complaining, and we have never heard a word from the management. Someday, somebody in management will have to take responsabity of the mess CX has been in since Feb 2012 and the switch to the new system.
