re-issuing redemption tickets??
I've just received a call from MPC. I have issued redemption tickets on LAN Argentina domestic in December.
They have just changed our flight number and schedule. Now, MPC is asking my credit card details as they want to re-issue the tickets. It's the same routing, the same airports...why do they have to re-issue?
I believe they are trying to take me for a ride here, anybody have some lights to put on that issue? An issue ticket can change free of charge the flight schedule and date prior to departure, so why would they need to re-issue?
