It's also the case that a GGL member has to pay an offline fee to complete a booking that is held by the GGL team. It's all very well having a benefit, but as I have explained to GGL and to CR, it's not truly a benefit if one has to pay for the use of it. I did put to them that it would be relatively simple when accessing MMB for a held ticket for the website to take you to the payment screen, but neither GGL or High level CR were interested.
