Whilst the recommendation to rest in the terrace area is sound (low footfall), this section of the Galleries First lounge is anything but quiet. In fact, when sitting there you will be immersed in high intensity background noise. So, I'd recommend earplugs or noise cancelling headphones. Oh! and a vibrating device to ensure you wake up in good time for your onward flight.
