Which arrival lounge is available at T1?
Im a UK Citizen, and arrive at 7am into T1, flight is at 14:00 from T5.

From your class of travel, are you getting an arrivals lounge in T1? In T5 you can get a shower etc to freshen up before a snooze.
What time are you landing, and what is your nationality status re immigration etc. there is an option of a Yotel landside, or Sofitel landside at T5, but if you were going to spend up to 2 hours trying to clear immigration and with transit and reclear security it would be pointless.
