E+ Seat Glitch on Website
Anyone else ever seen this problem?????
I paid the fee to upgrade to E+ last night (I hate having to pay for that now that I mostly fly AA). Selected my new seat and when I checked back I was assigned back to my original seat. Reselected the E+ seat again and it was selected and in my reservation with no problems. Checked back again today and I was back in my original seat.
I thought that was funny since the fee had already posted to my credit card. I called UA (again I hate not being able to call the elite line since that was the best part of being elite in my book) and the agent said I was indeed in my E+ seat and that "sometimes the website has glitches."
Just curious if anyone else has ever seen this "glitch."
