Apologies if this is covered somewhere else, but can anyone explain why the LHR to YYC flight always leaves from A10 with the free bus tour of LHR and the flight is nearly always then late?

It's always a 767 plane if that helps, but it really bugs me that a trip to Calgary always involves bus nonsense.
