For me, one of the best zombie-proof room in a Starwood hotel would be the Royal Penthouse Suite at Hotel President Wilson in Geneva, Switzerland.

With bulletproof windows and a private elevator being one of the only possible access, you could enjoy the end of days in one of the 12 rooms of that suite.... And you could stay fit by using the en-suite gym...
