The BA flight delay was not due to the accident. All other airlines operated in and out of the airport without any issues (other than the Lufthansa inbound that had to circle for about 30 minutes immediately following the crash).

Strangely enough, this is the second consecutive day that BA 78 has been delayed overnight. Friday night's flight also delayed till 10am on Saturday and the rescheduling of Saturday's flight was also done on Friday evening itself.
