Switch to a different United Credit Card?

I've used a Chase United Mileage Plus Signature Visa for pretty much all of my expenses for several years (~$125K annual spends). I travel very frequently, mostly international lately and on United/Star Alliance. I've been happy with it and I do accumulate a lot of award miles and frequently use them for upgrades and award tickets. (My $60 annual fee is also waived every year).

The one thing I don't like is the foreign transaction fees so I've been eyeing up the MP Club and Explorer signature Cards since they don't have FT fees. Particularly looking at the MP Club since I do usually renew my Club access every year.

Thoughts? Would I lose anything besides the foreign transactions fees if I switch to one of the new cards? Is there a better program I should look at?
