Looking back on a previous review I made two years ago I had similar impressions, though clearly the hard product has been updated and I would also argue the food has much improved!

To put it simply, as I stated before in this thread, I would like to see beverage offerings on par with the BA First Lounge at LHR, this includes higher end spirits and other assorted drinks. The JFK CCR absolutely does not compare to beverages offered in the LHR First lounge, its that simple.

Additionally, I really enjoyed the leaf tea and selection during my recent visit to the new JFK VA lounge, especially when it was iced properly. I also really enjoyed the variety of coffee selection and felt it was of higher quality than what was offered in the BA lounge. Another noticeable difference to me was the actual training of the VA staff at bar in mixing a proper cocktail.

The toiletry products in the bathroom were a higher quality.

In past years there was a variety of reading materials, and while much is available online, there are magazine or major world papers that are not.

I'm not sure how much more specific I can be, its not as if I went snapping pictures of the coffee machine or tea brand!

Now, I am sure again that my specific comments to your question will create another storm of outlandish insinuations
