Your thread topic is deceiving. A million SkyMiles are largely worth nothing, but there is the Million Miler™ program that is different and I believe is what you are looking for.

Basically you get comp annual (subject to change) Silver Medallion status and a "choice gift" from Delta for reaching 1 million MQM's.
