I need some advice; recently, i've been looking through craigslist for a place to rent over the london olympics, and i've found one that i'm quite interested in. the price is 100GBP per week, which is pretty good. I've corresponded with the person who is renting the flat out a few times over email, and she sent over a contract with all the details, etc asking me to wire her money to pay a deposit. I am torn on whether I should wire the $$ or not. What should I do?
