Thank You, SBM12 and UA-NYC!

I called UA again and asked to add a leg and the CS agent was very helpful and able to add in the stopover and new leg SYD-AKL.

Best part of the call was the CS agent, "Sir, there is no Y class available and I only have C available", then my response, "Not a problem sir, as I am on a F award and will gladly sit in Business!" (note: will be on NZ's 772, so will be great to try out their pods...only downside is it is only a 3hr flight!)
