E-cert from IRROP expired, extension possible?
My in-laws each got a $200 e-cert by e-mail last year. They were stucked in JFK for 6 hours on the way back to SFO. However, they were unable to use it since they live in Taiwan and only come over once a year. The e-cert states that it can only be used in the 50 states. Anyone had requested such e-cert to be extended beyond expiry dates? Thks
