We're heading to BKK in the summer, and having just regained silver (at long last after far more AMS trips than can possibly be healthy) I can now pre-select our seats.
Any thoughts on the best seats combination for a couple, avoiding kids and undue noise? Unfortunately on the 52 seat config, Seatguru is really lacking any details that could make the decision for me.
I do rather like the upper deck, and 64j/k are available for me to preselect - after a really nice trip to SIN a few years ago in 64K (solo) I'm tempted to consider 64j/k instead of the E/F seats on the lower deck at the moment.
Any thoughts?

If it were me, I'd definately go for 64J/K. When travelling together, hubby & I always try to book those seats, they might be a bit close to the loo for some but it really doesn't bother me as the privacy afforded cancels out the nearness to the loo. You are less likely (I hope) to have kids/babies on the UD and the UD is certainly quieter and just feels more like a premium area, if you know what I mean.
Disappointingly, we're on a 777 on our next flight so no UD for us
