I hope you'll forgive me for laughing when I read your post.

And also that I wasn't more clear in my humour. I wouldn't imagine that such a scheme ever existed, and was trying to be funny in demonstrating why being rude and obnoxious to a ticket or gate agent doesn't usually accomplish anything. About all it will usually do is upset the agent, who will probably then be less likely to want to help the customer. I just figured my comments were so obviously outragous that everyone would see them as satire.

Having said that, I'm all for developing just such a scheme for getting even with nasty and obnoxious customers. Maybe ML*13.
