I'm currently In europe and booked a award stay with a category 1-4 certificate at the Marriott lax before it changed over to cat 5 . When I log into my account it says need to purchase more points. Is there someone I can contact to sort that out?
And I'm arriving very late about 11pm at lax can I still catch the free shuttle bus to the hotel I don't want to walk with 2 small children and loads of luggage after a 10 hour flight.
I'm also staying with my wife who is a platinum can we get her free breakfast there?
And I would like to let the hotel know we are arriving late but I can't find any email address to contact them and I don't want to call them from Europe it's $5 per min.
