I accidentally left my wallet and camera in a center console of a returned Hertz rental. My wallet (w/o $) was found but the camrea was not. Despite plans to send it to me via Fed Ex, I still have not received the wallet. They could not explain why it was not sent, how the wallet could be recovered but not the camera, if they were going to hold the cleaning person accountable, who is in charge of their Lost Department or any phone numbers for me to follow up. This is truely a LOST Department. You'd expect more from Hertz!
