Not the "up to...3 inches" or "on certain long-haul flights" qualifiers. Merely... the announced minimum differential in recline and/or legroom in DL domestic seating.
Aren't EC seats all 36" pitch? The other rows are 32" to 34" (hence the 'up to 4" extra'). Someone correct me if I am wrong.
