Not just in the last day. I had a really nasty run-in with them on my first booking. They simply refused to do a well-trodden route. And they obviously kept a note because every time I phoned up to try to resolve it with other well-trodden variations, they simply refused. It all seemed to go via a particularly in****etent person in their "ticketing" who kept refusing. Because of the crush on the phone lines and as I was mostly traveling without internet, I lost the chance to start again with another booking. They seem to have been nonsensically refusing well-trodden bookings - or refusing to budge on provably incorrect tax calculations - since at least April, not just the past two days.
