Mrs Muscat recently flew into LHR and all but one of her suitcases arrived. She went to the BA lost luggage desk and was told that it would be arriving, but on a different luggage belt. It arrived, but with a large pink tag marked Z stuck over the standard luggage tag.
Any idea what this means?
Special pre-arrival customs check? Lost at T5 so send to special arrival belt?
