Since 3/3 there has been a reservation in my account for two flights (without dates) to/from Rockford IL (RFD). If I try to click on the reservation, I get an error message saying no flight segments exist and the reservation has been canceled.
I assume it was put in as a place holder, but the problem is that it is the reservation that appears when I log into my account, so I have to click on the "see more" link to get to next real reservation. A bit of a pain, but considering the long hold times and the inability of agents to deal with any non routine situations, not exactly worth calling about!
