I plan to transfer the needed SW points from my Chase UR account to get the remaining credits.
Or should I just go ahead and transfer the UR points to SW points first, then to airtran, then back to 16 SW rapid rewards each?
Once you have 16 Southwest credits, you will receive a standard award can view and book RR1.0 award tickets. The award expires one year from when it is issued. 1 standard award (16 credits) is good for 2 one-ways. With only 2 credits, you will will not have an award and thus will not be able to view and book award tickets.
