the OP was right about AA not having any Business mile saver availability for the times I checked. Makes me think AA would rather have the coach ticket price and either miles and copay or evip then just trading miles for a business saver award.
Checking today for availability on a flight in September says nothing about availability at any point before today (since the booking window opened in October or November 2011). Nor does it say anything about availability on any day after today until the flight takes off.
