I've never heard back from vayama on this at all.
I spent Saturday on the phone with a rep who was completely incapable of anything but said she would forward the concern on. I never heard from anyone and emailed vayama yesterday morning and still haven't heard from them--not even an acknowledgement of receipt of the issue.
Anyone think I should try to escalate this with DOT? Trip is in Aug so I'd like to start getting my house in order.
How long did you wait ?
If less than 3 business days since you accepted reinstatement: Wait. Relax.
If it was more than 3 business days since you accepted reinstatement: Check your credit card online statement for new charges from KE / Vayama. If there are some, wait a few more days - if there are none, e-mail them again to accept reinstatement and return to step 1 (give it a few business days).
