I've never heard back from vayama on this at all.
I spent Saturday on the phone with a rep who was completely incapable of anything but said she would forward the concern on. I never heard from anyone and emailed vayama yesterday morning and still haven't heard from them--not even an acknowledgement of receipt of the issue.
Anyone think I should try to escalate this with DOT? Trip is in Aug so I'd like to start getting my house in order.
Do you have the original email confirmation when you purchased?
I'd check in with KE's site and punch in your booking reference. I'd also email KE to make sure you are on their radar.
