I called the hotel when I read about the closer and it was confirmed to me. I ate there just a few days ago. In all honesty I think this one and the one in Paris, not the one at the Champs, are the best. I do enjoy the bar seating, prefer it to the tables. Even though I like Per Se I really do get bored when eating and socializing takes forever. I have always enjoyed talking to the crew, one of them even helped me plan my daughter's birthday menu (held at another restaurant). I wonder what would be the last menu, maybe I will hop over and have dinner there for the last time. I rarely made reservations yet have always been seating. The food was very good and the service better. I wonder what will happen to the crew? I really wish them well, very professional staff.
