Thank GOD indeed. Watching that thread today - 'our lines are busy' one - and seeing the mad rush of people (some who are new to FT) booking tickets today. God love them. Can't believe they spend 1 day trying to get flights, and they've got the cheek to blame DC for all their OWN misgivings and not booking in advance. It's like going to a NEXT Boxing Day Sale and blaming NEXT for not having what they wanted when they turn up at about 2pm despite advertising it earlier
