Thanks for the info, so just to preserve the MR pts, i can use blue, but transfer to other program, i will need to apply for a new card that allow me to transfer to another program In this case, i think i will transfer to other program before the annual fee due then, 'cos in my life style, i couldn't use AE in most places I went to, i think it's better to save a inquire for some other card.

The Blue Cash and Blue Sky cards do not participate in Membership Rewards. However, the original Blue from American Express participates in Membership Rewards Express. Express points cannot be transferred to any other program, but can be used to preserve a Membership Rewards balance. When you are ready to transfer you would need to apply for another Green, Gold or Platinum card.
