DL flies to JNB from ATL; to DKR from JFK; and LOS from ATL that I know of -- perhaps more, but those are going to be gateways to pretty much anywhere you'd want to go in Africa, I think... I think they also do some intra-Africa flights (probably from those same places?), but I have no idea what those are...
