I called the other day and the agent gave me the "If it is not on the *A lounge finder, then you do not have access" line I tried to explain the unique agreement CO had with AS to the agent and the manager. Both of them kept saying I am looking at the *A lounge finder website and I do not see anything listed for ANC, but in Houston I see several United Club lounges listed

The UA Club agents are clueless and they have no flying clue about contract lounges or partnerships...

That is what is getting on my nerves and making my UA Club membership more difficult to enjoy.
