(maybe not breakfast, because I like to sleep on the AY longhaul, and then get my "second breakfast" on the connecting flight out of HEL)
Don't be afraid to tell the staff "this is my first time in business class on AY, please help me out by describing the routines" or something like that, to help you maximize it! As said above, AY staff is friendly but not "pushy" so it is good to initiate such contact.
