I flew Premium Voyager IAD-CDG on the 380 earlier this month.
PV has seats in a shell that tilt and slope down and forward, so there is no incursion on your space from the seat in front. IFE is similar to UA's new business class. You get an amenity kit equivalent to the UA C amenity kit. Free wine and cognac. The food is no better than UA food. On the 380 you're on the upper deck, so you board with the C customers.
