I'm not convinced we'll see another DL transfer bonus. There are some serious rumblings about massive changes (read: devaluations) to the SkyPesos program, and I don't think AmEx wants to put up with the complaints they'll get if they have a transfer bonus and then the devaluation hits. They already went through that once with BA.
