So seatguru shows that on one of the AF TATL planes, Premium Economy is 38" pitch with 21" width compared to UA's 34" pitch with 17" width (744). Not yet sure if this is the stat for all AF planes though.

How do my fellow UA MP compare AF "E+" to UA E+ for nonstop to CDG? Which seat is "better" / "less worse"? Is meal / service better on one airline?

The big factor is the nonstop; after flying E+ with FRA connection, I felt too tired/stressed to want to deal with the connection, and I didn't think the LH SEN lounge was as great as I remembered.

Fare is probably pretty similar (roughly $1600 in September). Yes I get no RDM or PQM but the 4+ hours saved each way / etc are a good tradeoff.

Thanks
Michael

ps I did previously post about AF C seat vs UA C, so mods feel free to merge as you see fit.
UA E+ is 3" or so of extra legroom. That's it. The AF product is more like UA domestic first class, with MUCH better catering and IFE. It's not really fair to put them in the same category, they are very different products.

The service is a mixed bag, compare UA mediocrity to the indifference and inflexibility of the Gallic shrug. Probably come out about the same.
