LH is serving farmed caviar only and they do so for years already. They source it from Italy and the price per kg is around 1,000 EUR.

Real Beluga retails at 5,000 EUR per kg, Sevruga und Ossietra at 2,500. Farmed caviar retails at around 1,000 EUR.
