In my opinion, most of the things you list under outstanding service are superfluous and have absolutely no impact on my experience. This also goes for some of the items under good service. If people are really expecting ice sculptures as a measure of service quality, I can see why we are having disagreements. We all have our own views, of course, but this is substantially different from what makes the service good or great for me.
