We just finished a stay at St. Regis for our anniversary. We also used the spa at the Hyatt one day and got to check out their hotel. I would pick St. Regis. The views are amazing. Hanalei also felt so much more romantic than Poipu. The Hyatt does have a gorgeous outdoor spa and a more interesting pool area, but I would still pick the St. Regis.
