Yes, I visited it last May. There is a shared lounge for several airlines. I had a J ticket for an Air China flight to NRT and noticed quite a few airline logos at the lounge entrance (*A and otherwise).

The lounge is decent enough, good selection of hot food (I was there in the morning, so they had congee and some other things) and even booze in the morning.

EDIT: Just noticed it's not listed on the star alliance lounge finder. Maybe it's only Air China + other airlines exclusive?
