I agree but Chase UR are better for diversity in my opinion. Though they have yet to offer bonuses you have better options with them in my opinion.

Correct. Nearly $65 in the case of 108,000 points. You can see it on AMEX's site using the calculator on the transfer page.

I don't think so. You have to be holding a card that allows the transfers.
Check with AMEX if you want.
