There are two terminals at TPE. In each terminal, there is a corner of ticket agencies for various bus lines going to the city. The bus departs right outside, and each line has a unique stop number posted on the sign. I can't recall if the Hyatt is the last stop, but you can't miss it.
This is the 2060 CitiAir bus that runs between TPE and City Hall Bus Station (last stop). Grand Hyatt is the stop before City Hall Bus Station and there are no announcements - the bus stops in front of the hotel entrance. Try to look out the window on the right side of the bus if you aren't familiar with all of the stops on this route.
