I've been Gold in the past but have been Silver for the last 6. Most flights I get addressed by my name....

Just a thought - but what sort of vibe are you give off? If you approach with a scowl - thinking "go on I dare you not to address me by name"....maybe you are the one who comes across as unfriendly. Whereas a smile and a cheery hello works wonders both ways.

In the end thoug- is it really worth losing any sleep over?
