I picked up the MBNA White Virgin card last year and just met the annual spend to get the PE upgrade certificate... how long does it take for the certificate to arrive (and is it even a tangible 'certificate' or some sort of e-voucher)? I received my annual statement from MBNA which didn't mention the voucher but on looking at my activity on Virgin's website there is an item "VAA Credit Card Econ>Premium Reward Upgrade"... is this something I should chase-up, and if so, with who?
