We elderly Silvers flew back from IAD on Monday in CW. Dressed for comfort, although reasonably smart by our standards

The "Greeters" at the door carefully directed us through the galley to the stairs, to avoid a bit of congestion in WT+. The UD CC addressed us BOTH by name nearly all the time. Unusual, but nice ^

I think a lot depends on a range of factors:

• How do we initially interact with them?
• How busy are the CC?
• Have they had the time to check "Who's Who"?
• Are they the outgoing, caring type they all should be?
• Do they, like me, hate young people with high status
