It was 5,000 initially when I checked in, which I did think was slightly high for a cat 4. I thought in Cat 4 it was 10,000 points for a suite upgrade and 1,000 and above for a room upgrade.

I've booked rooms for relatives there before (I'm only a 15 minute drive away), but after reading your trip report, I will try to use points for a suite upgrade there next time....so, thank you very much!
