Deja Vu?

The UK government has issued a D Notice to prevent the full facts surrounding use of a British Airways civilian aircraft as a military transport into a live fire war zone and continues to stonewall all questioning.The plane landed approximately five hours after the UK government was made aware of the invasion. The BA Station Chief was the UK's "man in Kuwait" and military coordinator (in addition to his day job).

Think about that next time you're on a BA flight overflying the Middle East when trouble kicks off.

I'd have thought that travellers being made aware of their vulnerability was as important at least as the size of the cucumber sandwiches in CE.
