Even though they answer the phone "Chairman Preferred" I don't think there is a dedicated "Chairman desk" anymore - instead preferred agents that greet you with whatever status you have.

Most agents are good, some are great, some are not so great but my experiences are that the preferred phone service is more than adequate on average.
