I don't know what Delta is publishing, but now it's not just delta.com which is screwed up, it seems like they're causing all the other booking engines to be screwed up..
This kind of screw up has got to cost them money if people can't book for days..
I got frustrated and finally picked up the phone to have the PM line make the reservation for me. They couldn't do it either, even when I reported the fare classes delta.dumb, matrix, orbitz, etc. were finding for my itin. The agent finally suggested I call web help to see if they could do it. No dice - as soon as I said I kept getting a "your fare has changed" error, the highly trained specialist informed me it was "because I was using Firefox".

Apparently if I used Chrome or IE, all my booking problems on .dumb would go away.



At that point I just hung up.
