Well that's interesting. Are you a birder? I am not by any measure but what made me fall out with my EF 70-300 is my inability to get a decent bird shot with it.

I understand the keep rate for birds is low but I went away for the weekend and shot 1500 exposures and this little tanager was the best I could manage
